Your First Home Is Closer Than You Think.

Grants, programs, and loans most first-time buyers never hear about.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone

"No one gets left behind on my watch, especially on their first home."

Buying your first home is a big step. You're excited, you're nervous, and there's a lot of information out there, not all of it right. My job is to make it simple, walk you through every step, and make sure you don't leave money on the table.

Let's Talk Dirt and Dream Homes.

Help You Might Not Know About

There are programs designed to help first-time buyers get into a home. I'll help you find the ones that fit you and connect you with lenders who know them well.

  • Down Payment Assistance

Programs that can help cover part of your down payment or closing costs — sometimes as a grant, sometimes as a second loan. Who qualifies usually depends on your income, where you're buying, and the price of the home.

  • First-Time Buyer Programs

Loans and programs designed for people buying their first home, which can mean less cash up front, help with closing costs, or a better rate. You may count as a first-time buyer even if you've owned before, if it's been a while.

  • USDA Loans

Government-backed home loans for buyers in eligible rural and small-town areas, with income limits that depend on household size and county. Many communities outside the larger cities may qualify.

  • VA Loans

Home loans backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans, service members, and some surviving spouses. They often need less cash up front and don't require private mortgage insurance. As a Navy veteran, I know the process firsthand.

Program availability and eligibility vary. Talk with a licensed lender about your situation.
