Only what you choose to type into a form on this site: your name, email address and phone number, and — depending on the form — a property address, what you're looking to do, and your message. We also note which page you sent the form from.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. The company that hosts the site, Netlify, may keep standard server records (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, help with buying, selling, building or land, and follow up with you about it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Who sees it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which delivers them toJared Ban by email. Your information may be shared with Northwest Realty Group or with others involved in your transaction (a lender, title company or inspector, for example) only when that is needed to help you, and otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as it is needed to help you, and as long as real estate record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices
